Questions, answered.
Straight answers about buying, paying, staying and travelling with Apase.
Buying
Is Apase Group a registered company?
Yes. Apase is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under RC 1137357 and BN 30544554, with registration dating from 8 April 2009. You can confirm this on the CAC public search, and our Trust Centre shows you how.
What title documents do your estates have?
It varies by estate. Each listing shows the exact title, for example a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), Right of Occupancy (R of O) or FCDA/Area Council allocation, along with the approving authority. We encourage you to verify it independently through AGIS or your lawyer.
Can I inspect an estate before paying?
Absolutely, and we recommend it. Physical inspections are free. If you can't travel, book a live virtual inspection and walk the estate with an advisor on a video call.
When do I receive my allocation?
Allocation letters are issued after full payment, and physical allocation follows the estate's development schedule. Your advisor confirms the timeline for your estate in writing.
Can Apase build the house for me?
Yes. Through our build-and-sell programme you can buy a carcass home and finish it yourself, or buy an A–Z finished home. Our sister company, Apase Multi Services, handles construction.
Payments
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most properties can be paid for in instalments after an initial deposit. Use the calculator on our Payment Plans page to see your monthly amount.
What happens if I miss an instalment?
Please contact us as soon as you can. We'll try to agree a revised schedule. Default and refund terms are set out clearly in your contract of sale, and we walk you through them before you sign.
How do I pay safely?
Pay only into the Apase company account named on your contract or through our official checkout. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account, and our realtors are not permitted to collect payments.
Are there extra charges beyond the property price?
We list every charge in writing before you commit, including any survey, legal, development or documentation fees, so there are no surprises.
