Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission on 8 April 2009, we started by delivering titled estate plots and homes in Abuja. As our clients' needs grew, so did we.

Today Apase Group is a family of companies that builds homes, hosts guests, moves people and delivers infrastructure across Nigeria, held to one standard: legitimacy is our pride.

Alh. Ismaila Olayemi founded Apase Group in 2009 and leads it as Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership the Group has grown from titled estate plots in Abuja into four companies across real estate, hospitality, logistics and construction.
